| The Middlesex North Registry of
Deeds is located within the Middlesex Superior Courthouse in
Lowell, Massachusetts. Its street address is 360 Gorham
Street (Route 3A) |
Hours of Operation
|
The Middlesex North Registry is
open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
The Middlesex North recording counter stops recording at 4:15
p.m.
All data on the registry's computers is also available 24 hours
per day on the Internet. |
Driving Directions
|
From Route 3 or Route 495, take
the Lowell Connector exit;
follow the Lowell Connector to the very end;
at the end of the Lowell Connector, turn left onto Gorham Street
(Rte 3A);
drive to the first set of traffic lights (intersection of Gorham
and Elm Streets);
the Registry is on your right, inside the Lowell Superior
Courthouse.
NOTE - The courthouse is only 100 yards from the end of the
Lowell Connector. |
Parking
|
| On street parking is available in
the vicinity of the courthouse especially on the side streets
opposite the front of the courthouse. Diagonally across
Elm Street from the rear of the courthouse is the Jurors'
Parking Lot (surrounded by a chain link fence). You may
park there if spaces are available. HANDICAP PARKING is
available in the designated spaces in the lot adjacent to the
back of the courthouse, however non-handicap spaces in this lot
are reserved. |
When You Arrive
|
| Enter the building through the
main entrance on Gorham Street. Once through security,
take two quick rights and go into the registry's Customer
Service office. The employees there will direct you to the
proper location within the registry. |
