Corporate Certificates:  Did you forget your Certificate of Good Standing for tomorrow's Registered Land closing?  We can expedite your online order from the Secretary of State's office.

Notary Service:  Our Customer Service Office will notarize a reasonable amount of documents for you at no charge.

Oath of Office:  Have you been appointed a Notary Public?  Do you have to take the official oath for some other office?  We provide walk-in service at no charge.

Passports: The Middlesex North Registry of Deeds is no longer a passport application reception facility.  To obtain a passport in Lowell, please visit the main Post Office.
